COVID-19 Update: Continuing to Service Your Pipettes When You Need Them Most!
The success of your liquid handling application is highly dependent on the quality and performance of the instruments that you use for your science, that’s why we’re still offering pipette servicing, to ensure you can carry on with the vital work that you’re doing. At the same time, we must take all necessary measures to protect the health of our employees and limit the risk of infection. It is crucial for us to keep you informed about how we approach this situation and which measures we are taking to ensure ongoing operational readiness.
- In case of necessary service or repairs, our service technicians will continue to visit customers on site wherever possible
- Our mail-in service and calibration laboratory remains operational, even though this will be at reduced capacity, in order to ensure your needs continue to be met
- NHS guidelines will be observed to ensure safety of our staff and of our customers both on-site and in the service laboratory
- All other travel activities of service staff have been reduced to what is absolutely necessary to minimise the risk of infection

We will also need to know the details of your pipettes including make and models, number of channels, type (manual, electronic or dispenser), volume (≤ or > 10µl - or 10ml for dispensers) and how many you have of each type. It is also helpful to know your service due date for scheduling.
